Beachfront holiday park on One Mile Beach with a covered jumping pillow and water slides
Amenities & Facilities
The park offers a large covered jumping pillow and a heated plunge pool alongside two outdoor swimming pools with water slides. Sealed roads throughout the property provide a safe space for children to ride bikes and scooters. Guests can use communal fire pits during winter months and free BBQ facilities located across the park.
Accommodations
Ingenia Holidays Middle Rock has a range of cabin options from studio cabins to three-bedroom villas, plus powered and unpowered camping sites. The Paperbark Cabin (3BR) includes a full kitchen with oven and gas hotplates, a large bathroom, and a separate toilet in the laundry area. Camping guests have access to a modern camp kitchen and ensuite sites available for caravans.
Dining
The onsite Rockpools Cafe & Bar serves international cuisine and coffee, with poolside seating overlooking the swimming area. The cafe offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner options as well as cocktails and beer. Grocery deliveries can be arranged for guests staying in cabins or camping.
Location & Activities
The property provides private beach access to One Mile Beach via a short walk through sand dunes. Birubi Beach and Fingal Bay are a short drive away, and the Oakvale Wildlife Park is located next door. The park is situated in One Mile, Port Stephens, 10 minutes from Nelson Bay and close to 4WD Samurai Beach.
Family & Children
Children have access to a large covered jumping pillow, water slides, and a heated plunge pool with a shallow end. The park has a children's outdoor play equipment area and baby safety gates available for cabins. Kids can ride bikes and scooters on sealed roads within the park, and the swimming pools feature pool toys and a volleyball net.
